This Sunday, August 18th on Fine Tuning I’ll be featuring the final studio recording from the quintessential L.A. punk band X! Entitled “Smoke & Fiction,” the album showcases the quartet (which still has all four original members!) in its high-energy glory. Also in the mix will be birthday tributes to the late, great John Lee Hooker and Ginger Baker, plus tunes from Iron & Wine, who are in concert this Sunday at Masonic Cathedral Theatre.
